Charles leads PMI Metro Lakes with over two decades of comprehensive experience across diverse sectors of real estate that include brokerage, corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions, property management, and asset optimization.
Raised by his aunt and uncle, who were local real estate developers and investors, Charles developed a deep love for real estate from an early age. This passion ignited his career, where he focused on transforming properties into high-performing assets. In the corporate real estate sector, Charles distinguished himself by optimizing portfolios, negotiating complex transactions, and leading teams of successful real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada. His authentic leadership style, characterized by a strategic focus on growth and operational excellence, is deeply rooted in the core values of the company’s mission. Charles has worked across all facets of real estate and has achieved multiple growth records within a Fortune 50 company.
As a seasoned investor in both residential real estate and short-term rentals, Charles blends his practical real estate expertise with an MBA specialized in Finance from Hult International Business School, where he graduated with distinction. His skills in leadership, financial analysis and strategic planning are key to driving the ongoing success of the company and its clients.
In his free time, Charles enjoys fishing, practicing martial arts, and gathering with family & friends. However, what he values most is the time spent with his beautiful wife, their daughter, and their two lively beagles.
With over a decade of experience managing short-term rentals and residential properties, I have successfully overseen all aspects of property management, from guest services and tenant relations to property maintenance and financial oversight. My background as a real estate investor provides a comprehensive understanding of maximizing returns and property value.
