Charles leads PMI Metro Lakes with over two decades of diverse real estate experience, including brokerage, corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions, property management, and asset optimization.

Raised by his aunt and uncle, both real estate developers and investors, Charles discovered a passion for real estate early in life, fueling a career focused on transforming properties into high-performing assets. In the corporate sector, he excelled at optimizing portfolios, negotiating complex transactions, and leading successful teams across the U.S. and Canada with a fortune 50 company.

As a seasoned investor in residential and short-term rentals, Charles combines practical expertise with an MBA, specialized in Finance from Hult International Business School, where he graduated with distinction. His skills in leadership, financial analysis, and strategic planning are instrumental in driving the company’s success.

In his free time, Charles enjoys fishing, martial arts, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their two spirited beagles.
